I've read reviews before checking in, and some negative reviews were sort of true. There were no towels. Cockroaches in the washroom and in the bedroom. Bedsheets were stained. The guy delivered food and forgot salad and asks me if I can adjust, there are lot of orders. Not one of the pleasent experience.

Oyo customer services needs improvement - such as Hotels phone do not share by Oyo Many stays in Gurgaon are no more Townhouses by they still operated and advertised as Oyo Townhouses only.

1) In the room there's only bed abd a small table. 2) Price is lucrative 3) Food is good, service is OK but the staff is literally illiterate. They don't even are concerned that the customer is annoyed with them. They give stupid answers. 4) Everyone is very rude. I ordered tea without sugar and it literally came without sugar, no sugar on side. Second time there was sugar in side but no spoon. 5) I ordered grilled sandwich but a plain sandwich was served to me.

Please go by the overall good rating of the hotel which shows rave reviews either on oyo app or on Google. I will share my experience based on the room that was given to me. Super dirty room with dirty linens and chipped walls. You will get a dingy feeling and feel repulsive of everything around you. Their washroom was super clean and neat but it was smelling badly due to drain mismanagement. It may be be that the smell from drainage was making it smell nad due to bad plumbing. All i could say is, please check the alloted room before making any payment. My overall experience sucked big time.
