pathetic, horrible, highly atrocious there was nothing good about the experience in Hotel Palace Tower. it doesn't even justify any part of its name. Starting from reception, the guy sitting at reception doesn't deserve to be there. being in the hospitality sector, you need to have a minimum courtesy of communicating properly. and that guy is not even respectful. seeing the room condition, I asked him if there is any better room available, and he just retracted, saying all rooms are the same. Rooms were as dirty as you can't even imagine. stained bedsheets, overused towels whose threads are bulging out, even the carpets are dirty and doesn't even soak water under your feet, getting a carpet would cost you less than a 100 rupees even that the hotel couldn't afford? the 2 nights cost of 2800 (with offers from travel booking apps) falls under the premium category at least should have provided the services according to it. You will get better rooms just beside this hotel at Zip at almost the same price. the only thing good about the hotel was that the lift was working fine and the room service boy was helpful.

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst doing a course. The room was clean and tidy when I arrived and was serviced with both an AC and fan. The staff were very helpful and sorted any requests I had promptly, even going to the shop to get me mosquito cream (without me asking). The hotel manager was very helpful, and even came to the bus station with me on the last day to help me get my bus as I didn't have mobile data to receive my bus number. All in all it did the job and was very pleasant.

Why you are cheating customers, it is not a 3 star hotel, only we can expect the 1 star facilities. Atleast you should have parking space. Its very pathetic that the customer should keep their vehicle at pay and park and walk to reach there. Please change the photos you given in the site, and provide the present photos of your property. And remove the 3 star status from google. Many customers will mislead due to your false messages. Bachelors can opt this hotel if you want for a party or bachelor stay, perfect for that, not recommended for families.
