Our stay at was made amazing, only by Anne’s hospitality. She went above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon was truly special and spectacular. The service and the cleanliness of the rooms was very good. We did the full board options and all the meals were good and they kept good variety so you didn’t feel like you were eating the same thing everyday. Overall the resort is clean and run by kind and hospitable people. They do seem to have an issue meeting the morning rush but I guess you can always avoid eating at peak hours and get better service. A couple of things that could be better: 1) the fitness centre is a room converted to a gym and a little worn out. 2) two beds joined together to make one king. This was a real uncomfortable part of the trip and didn’t make for the best sleeps. 3) the spa could be more reasonably priced considering the location is also a room converted into a spa. 4) service in the lobby is generally slow. Got a coffee while chatting with friends and it look 15-20 mins to get a cold coffee. Could be that they just weren’t ready for it in the kitchen.

Do not spend your money on this hotel! Our family recently had the utterly disappointing experience of staying at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with the community. Despite the establishment's claim to be a 5-star hotel, my stay was far from the luxurious experience one would expect. The service was consistently subpar throughout my stay. Staff members appeared disinterested and lacked the level of attentiveness expected from a high-end hotel (the only thing they seemed attentive to was how much money you were going to spend). The dining experience was a major letdown. The prices were exorbitant, yet the quality and presentation of the food did not justify the cost. Inoperative Fitness Center and a (very) small playroom & play area for kids (even the use of gaming consoles was subject to additional charges). This falls short of the family-friendly environment one would expect from a 5-star hotel. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the manager and informed them of our decision to shorten our stay, the response was disappointing. The manager appeared indifferent, showing no interest in understanding our concerns or addressing the issues raised. And unsurprisingly, no goodwill gesture was made, especially considering we departed several days before the end of our stay due to the poor level of services. Our family experience was far from the standards associated with a 5-star rating. The combination of poor service, overpriced and underwhelming dining options, malfunctioning amenities, and unresponsive management has left a lasting negative impression and feeling of being cheated.

Our stay at Heritage Village Resort and Spa was nothing short of magical. The serene atmosphere, coupled with impeccable service, made it a truly unforgettable experience. The spa treatments were heavenly, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking views. I can't wait to return to this paradise in the future.

A very cozy yet luxurious resort that we explored on MMT. We were staying here for 5 days and we couldn't have asked for a better service. Everything is easy, cozy, and completely suitable for a memorable vacation. The staff, Anne and Nelsa were the kindest and most accommodating. They made us feel at home. All the staff were humble. The room service, view, ambience were great and as they looked in the photos. Food was too good. Breakfast buffet is to die for. What a spread🤤Overall a must try when u want to stay in South Goa. We will definitely come again soon✨
