Great home stay. I went and saw two "hotel" rooms(non - AC charging 1200(on top of 4 floor building, which looked 200 years old and will fall at any moment) and 1500(inside a building with not clean surrounding but room was clean, but not welcoming personality at reception). Here she showed me the room (near to the entrance of the house) and quoted 900 for one night, which she reduced to 800(with AC). Very cordial husband and wife runs this in their own home. This home is occupied by this family for 5 generations. This area comes under the heritage project of the government. PLEASE RESPECT THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR HOMES (as I have heard from the locals that Indians who come there doesn't care about how delicate their houses are and some are renovated with huge amount of money as government doesn't permit new style buildings so as to keep the heritage).

That was perfect! We didn't have any hotel and we came from the street. They have room for us and was amazing! Rooms are clean and cosy. We paid only 1000 Rupies for two persons. This is the best option in Goa. I'm recomend for everyone!

This is by far the best guest house in India that I have seen. The guest house is run by a very friendly and honest maried couple. Everything is very clean and neat and there is lots of space, private bathroom and AC for a very reasonable price. The price may vary according to the season. I want to thank the owners for our pleasant stay at their beautiful place.
