the place is in outskirt far from all tourist points. when we checked in they gave us a room in 4th floor where there is no lift and no one to help . we booked a super deluxe room but we were given a room of lower price. Post so many agreements the reception guy gave us a room which we booked. There is no tea or coffee service available during day if someeome want to relax post check in . staff is not helpful

It was horrible experience, no room service, not even for tea or coffee, Intentionally misleading pictures given on Google which will never match practically, during breakfast food was finished every time we ordered something, no one came to clean the room ever, the photos of room was totally different from the photo shown during booking or on social media. Staff behavior was too aggressive and straight way refused to serve food during breakfast and insulted. Also, during breakfast buffet was not available, the breakfast they served was not even worth 100 Rs. Pathetic experience of my life.

You will disppointed after reaching here...It's located 9 km away from main tourist spots so you can take cab,with toto I think it will be very time consuming. It's a residential complex.. restaurant is centrepiece and main attraction, food is good. But internet pictures are completely misleading,.Views are taken from villas and bungalows...while the hotel is 1 RK kind of thing..Rooms are nice.. But the cost is high as per room,location and all ..delux room also is very basic... In brief Pictures are very misleading.

The property is just awful. No lift service, room quality is just pathetic.. frequent power cut, power back up is only for 1 fan. Food quality is very bad. They take dinner order till 6 in the evening.. if u r hungry post that than stay hungry. We booked a room in prior but when we arrived they couldn't provide us the room we booked Wastage of money.. just ruined the holiday. We found its the regular thing that they cannot provide accurate room.
