Was going to make a reservation even after reading the negative reviews. Will let you know what stopped me from doing that. I called the number on available on google which ideally is the number to make a reservation and got connected to the female Punjabi Co-owner. I asked her about the room tariff’s but she told to callback or send a message on whatsapp as she was going into a meeting(in a little aggressive tone). As i did not have an access to internet at that moment i told her that i will callback after few hours as i do not have an internet access to send details on WhatsApp. When i had an access to internet i texted her the details and called her as well with a reminder the 1st question she asked me was how did you text now? Earlier you said you didn’t not have an internet access. I mean is this customer service? Throughout the entire call she was aggressive, rude and unwilling to help. The reason i am saying unwilling to help because i asked her a simple question what is the tariff can you let me know she said details have been shared please check. 90% of the the reviews are negative. When someone files grievances it’s because they have been through something upsetting and the experience was unpleasant. So take it as a constructive feedback and try to work upon it rather than getting defensive and being rude to the customers who are paying you 2.5k/ night.

Worst place I ever visited. Don’t look at the photos on Google and their website. It’s a big scam that this is a 3 star resort. I can’t even give them 1 star. Please check the real photos posted by me for real view of the hotel and their rooms.

Edit1 and response- 1. On no staff - water supply is finished in the midnight also lost electricity in the midnight, at the time where was your staff ma'am?? You (i hope contact shared is yours) also didn't picked call till 7.30 in the morning. 2. Cleaned room - really? Then how cockroaches are there?? 3. Water supply - how can you said that you washed clothes and water finished?? Check how other resorts manages water supply. 4. Behaviour - ma'am, gentle request to you, please check the reviews that almost everyone is complaining about you and the resort. I hope you will be more gentle, kind with others from now on. Can't give 0 star rating so giving only one star. No management is there as no employees available, all managed by owner, the lady from Punjab and if asking about are you from Delhi? Then she replied Delhi gaali lagti hai mereko.. No water bottle provided, no breakfast system and it's not a resort, it is a lady owners house with few extra rooms. We stayed over there from 30 April to 1may. i.e for two nights. Day 1 night AC was not working and she didn't told us about it, she charged as per AC room and we spent all night without AC. Day 2 morning 6am, water supply is stopped and there is no one who can listen and start water supply, the owners contact number also switched off. She started her mobile on 7am and comes down and started water Supply. On top of it she is blaming one of us becoz you washed your clothes water supply finished. You don't have to use the water for washing clothes. Her behaviour is very rude on day 1. On day 2 she changed her voice tone and started talking properly. In the road if you want to come late night in the room, please keep in mind there are 3 dogs on the road to welcome you. No house cleaning is happening daily. Simple we are not happy with our stay in papparazi and sincere advice to all of you is that, if you want to do aaj kuchh toofani karte hai then book a room in papparazi. Only free wifi you can use, no water supply, no house cleaning, no management as no staff is available. Note - you can keep your belongings after checkout in the reception. Thank you.

Wouldn’t rate above zero, a complete rundown property with zero maintenance. Room full of insects, main door and bathroom door don’t close, first they gave us a room but a/c was not working and had spiders in it. They changed to another with working A/c, thought they cleaned it , had cockroaches, spiders and ants. The lady care taker first show some concerns but became rude when asked about the pricing, they moved us from cottage to a standard room but charged for cottage. Apparently she doesn’t like questions😆. The worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. The room was booked by a friend and hence didn’t check the rating before, could have avoided a disappointing Goa trip. Hardly any guests in the hotel. No restaurant, no service! Just notice the attitude of the owner in the reply to customer reviews, that it self tell one the story! Beware anyone visiting them, stay away !!! Update: response to reply 1. How could one lie outright on a public platform? As I mentioned in my first review, your responses show your attitude and standard towards customers! 2. You mean to say the pics posted here( and from other’s reviews) are not from your “ well maintained, serviced” resort? 🤔 3. When we spent our money, we have the right to post the review too for poor services , shabby place you provide for your customers. 4. You may keep the voice notes and WhatsApp messages for your records ( we do have your too) and publish it at your free will. If those sarcasms could help you improve, our purpose is met or at least our review would help genuine customers stay away from your property! 5. Seems your restaurant in the property is hidden, when asked you said no chef available and no service. Apart from some stray dogs we didn’t see anything. 6. As you rightly said, we had the option to move out, we did much before the scheduled departure date! 7. And now on insects, yes gardens do attract insects ( Also pests😆) but doors and windows those can be closed properly will ensure they stay in garden itself and not on bed! 8. If you wish, I could send you more photos if that can help you in self realization!
