I booked a room with King size bedroom and bathtub. However, when I arrived at hotel receptionist told hotel is under maintenance because of that bathtub rooms and king size bedrooms are not available. They gave me a very small room with twin bed and very small washroom. Hand shower at washroom does not work. I paid more than 5k for the hotel but did not get services. Very much bad experience. Would never refer anyone to stay at this hotel. I need full refund. Unprofessional staff.

The internet is horrible in this hotel, can't work. The housekeeping is terrible, they do not vacuum clean the rooms, they forget to keep coffee pouches in the room everyday inspite of reminding the front office again and again. HK team forgets to keep hand towels in the washroom. They will not keep the shampoo or body wash small bottles everyday. They will keep nocking at the door and keep ringing the room bell when I have put the sign DO NOT DISTURB. Breakfast is good, people at the restaurant are good and helpful. Lastly, the room phone will keep ringing, someone from the parlour will call, from spa someone will call, to take the review someone will call, from the laundry team someone will keep nocking the door or keep ringing your room bell in the morning.

I had a wonderful stay at park plaza Ludhiana. The location is convenient, the staff is courteous and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for business travellers.
