The hotel is amazing, but the best service I received was from the Receptionist. The receptionist was extremely polite and was super helpful who took an extra mile to help me out with my stay and travel. Thank you very much for all your help!

The rooms were decent but I was left disappointed as the bathroom was not cleaned before I occupied it. The toilet was dirty. Otherwise it was a decent experience though my stay was very short.

When we entered into the room, it wasn't cleaned properly the towels were wet, bathrooms were not cleaned properly and cigarettes in the dustbin were left not cleaned properly overall the room smells like a dirty, we were very irritated by your service, for your worst service we have paid you 8200/- waste of money and worst experience you better teach your staff about room service. I hope your management is not sleeping, from next time I won't book a room at your hotel. Overall a worst experience.
