Rooms were average and the property is in a good location but the positive things pretty much ends here. The place offers zero hospitality and they rip you off your money at every given opportunity. They have turned basic necessity into a chargeable service. Luckily, they aren’t charging extra for using the fan and the lights, yet. The stay felt very transactional and sort of ruined our experience. Hope the owner lady starts treating the housekeepers better. One of them was scolded right in front of us just because he was bidding us farewell.

Horrible hotel, service, and staff!!! We were a family and booked 2 rooms. But they provide us with one room with 4 beds! Breakfast every day same and awful! And 2 * so ve moved from it, which is also 2* and good stuff and survives and prices same.

Nice location , humble staff and beautiful property. Totally value for money. Bar menu rates are low and drinks are good. I disturbed the owner and mastiff so many times but they provided whatever I needed. Thank u so much PerAvel team. Rooms are clean. Value for money. This property is very close to beautiful beach and shacks.

Lovely staff, the place is run by a Nepalese bloke, very hospitable, pretty design, the garden in front is nice for breakfast and has a bar, all the services you could need like laundry, they'll help you arrange taxis, and the location is good just a 1 minute walk away from the beach. All at a very reasonable price for budget travellers. Also just round the corner is a small newsagents run by an old couple, we went there for their chais a lot and they were such delightful people

Although I have read the reviews on Google, before I checked in, So I have very few expectations from the property. I have heard very bad reviews - owner asking money for each and every service, which is true. Even though, the price was not cheap. As I knew this would happen, so I didn’t interacted with the property manager or staff. So I have the nice experience without expectations. If you don’t have any place to stay or you are staying only for one day- this place is good. Otherwise, I would suggest look for another place. This place is close to beach. I have booked my room through Agoda, so breakfast was not included. Hence, I paid for the breakfast. Breakfast charges was decent and the food was good. Rooms were decent, clean - pls don’t expect much facilities. It’s just a room to spend the night. Overall, decent experience.
