Stayed for a night with family. Rooms are good but hygiene was a major issue. Toilets were not clean in allocated rooms and were smelly. Had to ask them to clean again. There was no water in morning, and we had to wait for some 2 hours to get the water. Such things are not expected when hotel claims to be a 3 star. Parking is available, rooms are spacious and cozy. Service and maintenence is very poor and should be improved.

Super Slow Restaurant Service. Need around 3 hours for lunch or dinner. Ordered Plain Papad which took 25 minutes, nothing served before 40 minutes except plain papad. Noodles tool 40 minutes. Masala papad served after main course served. Seems like Tava roti prepared before vegetables hence cold. We asked for a biil before finishing meal thinking it would also take time and they perfectly proved they are guienly slow. No option to select - 2
