I noticed the other reviews so I though I should write my own. I was here for just one day and paid full price for a large room. Everything was good actually. Water bottles were present on the table, glass ones that too not the cheap mineral water. Bathroom was clean and working. Ample baggage space. The beds were a bit stiff with the mattress not the best but it was usable and not too bad obviously. Food is very good and the people in the service staff are very courteous and helpful. Now to be realistic do not expect Taj Bengal level or Marriot level service from this entity but if you can temper your expectations they are doing a very good job actually. The Ginger restaurant is one place I visit quite often when I am in the area and I have come to India just this year after a long time. Barnabas Sangma bears special mention from the canteen who is a very jolly person with good experience in delivering quality service to the tenants both in the rooms as well as the restaurant. The chef is very good too. I like the Wak Kapa and Veg Boiled Stew which I take often. I would encourage them to improve their overall services in general for better customer experience in future. In these remote parts and after a long journey its always nice to sleep in a comfy place with hot food and in that department it delivers. Good job and keep it up.

One of the wrost hotel I have ever seen. They charge like premium and their service is so so pathetic! One even doesn't get water after 10pm whatever emergency it is (not even package drinking water) since they closed the kitchen. What the pathetic rule it is... They charged almost ₹5000/- for a room and you will get this kind of service. Rooms and services are not worthy even for ₹2000/- . I don't recommend anyone to this hotel. They are looting to the customers.

I want to share my honest feedback and experience regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I paid Rs. 5000/- for a one-day stay, and unfortunately, it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had considering the price I paid. 1. **Room Quality**: The rooms were shady and not up to the mark. 2. **Staff Responsiveness**: The hotel staff was unresponsive and unsupportive. 3. **Service Quality**: The service was extremely poor, to the point of being pathetic. 4. **Food Quality and Pricing**: The food was not good, and the prices were unreasonably high for the area. 5. **Booking Issues**: I faced many problems when booking through other websites. 6. **Maintenance Problems**: The shower was not working properly, and there were no complimentary water bottles in the room. 7. **Laundry Service**: The laundry service was of very poor quality and charged a high amount. 8. **Breakfast Options**: The breakfast options were limited, and the service was disappointing for the amount I paid. 9. **Value for Money**: Even a room priced at Rs. 1,000/- elsewhere would have been better. In light of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I would advise potential guests to consider booking a homestay instead. Homestays offer lower rates and much better service.
