Stayed here with my friends for 3 nights in October 2023. The room was good, though it was not the one showed to us before booking. If you prefer pool view rooms, please ask for it. Not all the rooms have swimming pool view. They have AC and geyser available in the room. Room was neat and clean. The road to the resort was very narrow. They have a small parking area where 5 to 6 cars can be parked. They have bar and restaurant within the resort. We tried omelette and coffee /tea. Omelette was good, coffee/ tea was OK. Food is slightly expensive. If you prefer budget stay with family, you should try this place. Staffs are polite and courteous.

This resort is really horrible to stay. There is no proper arrangement here of anythings like building is too old, no renovation at all and lot of areas are broken, rooms are also not maintained. Also, I booked here deluxe room that time they sent me photos which was very nice, but in actual when they offered me room that was fully fungus and water was leaking with bad smells. When we said this room is not good then they were saying this is the best rom only we have offered you. Then we denied to stay then they gave me some better condition room that was not also good but somehow better than before. Our trip got spoiled becuse of this stay. I will suggest not to book this resort ever.

Priceworthy resort that probably seen better days, however great staff at the hotel and relaxed place as such. Pool area and environment need a "facelift". Relaxed athmosphare and rather quiet in the yard. I have now removed my comment about the on site restaurant "Buddies" as it is another company and management that runs it. This place has the possibility with all its facilities to be a shining star if given some more love, cleaning of surrounding and polish. 🤗 Room is great, clean and nice. Only real downside is an annoying beep from what I guess roof-top mobile basestation faan or likewise. The guys at the front-desk team are awesome and serviceminded! If you stay at Anjuna, give this hotell a chance, really welcoming place.
