The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The beautiful surroundings and well-maintained facilities made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this resort to others seeking a delightful getaway.

Had a very poor experience. Had to wait in the reception for 15 to 20 minutes and there was no to attend in reception. They did not give the room we booked and gave a smaller room (which was not good) saying the room which we booked was under maintenance after making us wait for 30+ minutes. We had booked the room a week earlier and have also made payment for the room. The restaurant food was good. The property in charge and the manager were good but the management of the property needs to be improved a lot. They offered us an alternate accommodation in a resort which was 30 minutes drive from pondichery. The new management which has taken over recently has to improve in order to provide a good experience to visitors. Things to focus on priority are 1. Room booking management 2. Having adequate staff 3. Having a menu card in the restaurant 4. Making sure the rooms are clean and not smelly.

Everything was excellent. Very neat and clean. Cordial and helpful staff. Swimming pool was very well maintained and hygienic. Food was delicious. Parking space is good. Commendable services. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended. Suggestions: 1. Better Bulbs/brighter (white) lights required in the rooms. 2. The name board of the location needs to stand out/be more evident. Very easy to miss and takes effort to find. 3. Need a better power backup system - it took 2-3 mins for the backup power to kick in after power cuts. That can be a safety hazard.

I had an excellent stay. Conveniently located in Auroville, ample parking. I was welcomed to reception with an awesome welcome drink. The room was spacious and very clean. A big pool to have fun and we enjoyed it a lot. There was a complimentary buffet breakfast which was amazing. A few service needs to the room were promptly attended to. I would highly recommend staying here with family.
