I had an awful time, first because of the room 309 which was stinking of a dead rat before they moved me to another room 310 in which cockroaches, worms and lizards greeted me. The housekeeping staff are not trained, forgot to do their job at one go and and made a lot of noise. The footmats and carpets were filthy and the front desk guy completely unresponsive to any request or suggestion. Finally I got the manager to listen and he then wanted to move me to a better room the evening before I was leaving. I shall never go back there. The only thing good about prism is the location and the very friendly and helpful bell boys at the ground floor.

I went twice recently, but it wasn't as nice as it used to be. The food was not good. We ordered chicken wings and it had a foul smell, though they replaced the order. Additionally, the service is subpar. However, the atmosphere is pleasant for spending time with loved ones.

This should be called a lodge.Spiders are there in washroom.The toilet seat is filthy.They did not clean the room until and unless I shouted.Even there is no hot water in the tap. After all I highly discourage all to avoid this hotel.
