The place is located on the main road from Nagapattinam and is hard to miss. The rooms were very spacious although requiring some maintenance. The restaurant menu is very restricted with not adequate staff. I do hope the management focus more on improving the operations to commensurate with the great infrastructure that they have in place with a good swimming pool, a huge car park, big and spacious rooms etc.

Premises is good. But service is not good. Communication with guest is not good. I was informed that if I check out at same time the next day (By Ms.Thayar from the reception) then no charges will apply but they have extrated charges from me taking advantage of me staying with elderly and that am not local. Issue is not about money but about cheating the guest then later simply dash it off by saying that its just miscommunication and then the guest is left to deal with it. I honestly like the place but staff is spoiling the experience I hope the management takes appropriate steps to improve the experience. In case management wants to clarify with me about this issue am open to discuss coz I like the place but not the staff service. A senior lady providing service at the time of breakfast is good.

Rooms have to be renovated, leakages in washrooms, less staff. Rates for food and stay are reasonable Surrounding areas , gardens ,and swimming pool require maintenance. Lights in rooms are poor, no light consumables seem available. Overall if all of the above is taken care of, the hotel will be the best holiday home

Worst experience I've had. We had booked two rooms here at Queen's inn for 2 days and even the entrance was disappointing on how much house flies were present in the reception itself. The hygiene was disgusting. The rooms had a muddy smell throughout and even the hand showers were broken. The next morning while asking for breakfast, by 9.30 AM itself the food was over and they stated that on receiving more outside customers they didn't expect. We had to check out and travel hundreds of kms without breakfast. On complaining and stating all these complaints, they casually answer that this was because of Diwali rush and asked us to adjust. It's not like they charge us less because of diwali,, then why should we adjust? It was a worst experience. Even the AC in the rooms are so much dusty thay dew of us got cold.
