Uncleaned rooms and bathrooms with disgusting smell. Slow room service and limited menu. No soft drinks / alcohol/ desserts on the menu. Only positive part was it has open spaces, lawn, swimming pool (provided your are willing to take health and safety risks due to sharp edges all around), also not crowded as not many people are visiting, so you can get some peace and quiet.

It seems to be a new property. Amazing location surrounded by mountains but very inside. Travelling without a vehicle might be difficult. The rooms are really amazing and the food is good. Rooms service can be something they can improve and increase the staffs to cater to so many customers at the same time.

Awesome place for a pleasant stay, liked the place very much, service is very good, cool climate and weather suits for a person who loves nature. Site location has much more to discover. Ambiance is too high for family as well as for bachelors. I personally appreciate this Resort and the service.

We stayed in a deluxe room but the size of the room was small with no mirror. The food was tasty however you need to place an order in advance approximately 1hr before. They don't have many food options available. They have good staff. We enjoyed our one night stay at a resort with family. it's better to bring your own vehicle as transportation is not frequent. The property was nicely maintained and all credit went to their staff. There should be a separate room for drinking and smoking as not everyone likes that.
