RAAS

The biggest irony if you would want to see, then this is the place my friend, your next go to hotel/restaurant - " The Raas Haveli". Holding unhospitable behavior and attitude towards customers, that too being in the hospitality industry. And this is the irony I am talking about. It was the Raas Haveli where I had the 1st ever bad experience at a Restaurant. The staff here are very rude. They will make you feel unwanted and so not welcomed. Despite having availability, they will hype about the non-availability and prior booking. They make their own judgement whether the customers are worth having a seat at their restaurant. Guess, you need to be flaunting your heavy dresses and over all attire to appear worthy of being at Raas. So just never go in your shorts and casual look as this may be their judgement criteria whether you are capable enough to afford their expensive menu. They will try to manipulate you how their food is just double the price as compared to other places and why you should eat at A,B,C places. This is what my bitter experience says. Such rude behaviour shall never be acceptable in the hospitality industry. To add to it, I've heard of similar experience from few other people too. So in case, anyone wants to live this experience, please go ahead.

I was there on 3rd January for dinner. First statement at reception was “ you have booking because we are full “. I told them there is no booking and they said ok you can go inside the restaurant. When entered I was surprised to see almost 50% tables were available. Initially I was confused !! Then I realise they only create hype about this place reason they can’t handle if the place is full. Food was ok and portion size was extremely small. Moreover food was sky high costly. Yet the place is nice but they should not create over hype. I got to know they do this to maintain the reputation only. Really guys ?? Sorry not worth. I will never go again and never recommend to anybody about this place.
