I stayed at the resort with my family, it was located close to the places we wanted to visit so it was definitely convenient. In terms of dining in their restaurants, I'd rank them pretty low if you have a dietary restriction. I asked the staff about ingredients in one of the dishes but they weren't sure (and didn't care to check with anyone either) so they suggested me to have another dish (as in the only option for me as per what they said) which was the only thing they could offer me for the days I stayed there. And they wanted me to take rice on the side which I politely declined, the staff member frowned at me - I believe it's my decision to opt for rice (which I also need to pay for) and it seemed strange to see someone working in the hospitality industry to react in such a way. Their in-room dining service is not great either - they delivered a dish (from their all day menu) to our room at 5pm one day as per our request and when we had the same request the subsequent day they said the dish could only be delivered after 7pm. I even questioned them on how the dish was delivered the previous day and I got the same bot like response. Three calls later another staff member said that they would bring the dish over. I realized that no matter how logical your arguments are in your conversations with these staff members, you're most certainly talking to a bot that's coded to provide a standard response. The room looked fine from a distance but if you look closely you'd see dust on the shelves and the floor so it made me doubt if they even clean the rooms thoroughly (and regularly). Some staff members were kind though hence giving 2 stars otherwise I would've stuck to one.

This is by far one of the best hotels in Mahabalipuram. Right from a royal entrance to views and overall ambiences, this is simply amazing place to spend your holidays. Excellent restaurant and food facilities. Slightly expensive during holiday season so book early.

The food the place the beach wow everything was brilliant. We had fun all night long. The pool was neat with no chlorine power. It was really nice because we were the only group and it was a blast. But the service was not up to the mark ‼️ come on do you know how they charge you ? It's okay 😅 I guess but other than that it was bliss n blasts scenes😁

One of the selling points for this place is the access to beach. It's very neat. The pool that they have is also huge. Rooms are good too. The food spread they have is delicious. Expensive, but delicious. The service, however, isn't great. Their in room service of coffee is pathetic and inappropriately expensive. I would still recommend this as a place that you can go and unwind ( so long as you don't avail their room service.)
