I stayed here Nov 21-25. Overall very good. The room had a nice view of the hills. Not too far from Mall Road. The only complaint is some of the food in the breakfast buffet. The breads was stale. Thankfully the cook who made the pancakes did them perfect.

Amazing property on shimla! The design of a luxury hotel with well trained staff! It also offers a shuttle car to the pedestrian bridge that leads you to mall road. Though the walk was less than 200 m and it was fine to walk! But so much to offer in this hotel, you could ask for a bonfire romantic dining experience at the terrace and food is amazing (I had a continental dinner)

Thank you Radisson for warm hospitality!! Indeed a memorable stay at the hotel. Just a small instance, we forgot our personal water bottle in the room after check out and the hotel staff called just after an hour and we couldn't make it to go back to the hotel to pick that up. I appreciate their assistance that they've couriered, and I got it back at my residence in just 4 days without even a single follow up call made. Cheers to the service and good work !!

The location of the hotel is beautiful and hosts breathtaking views of the valley. The rooms are modern and very well maintained and the staff are very welcoming and attentive. The food in the restaurant is exceptional and value for money. Monica was so lovely and helpful and made the whole experience 10/10 - I will surely be recommending to my friends and relatives and will be back again! Thank you all at Radisson Jass Shimla for your hospitality.
