I recently stayed at this newly built hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The clean and modern rooms provided a comfortable stay, and the reception area exuded a welcoming atmosphere. The valet service added a touch of convenience to my experience. The staff, led by courteous individuals, went above and beyond. Special recognition goes to Rupinder Kaur for her exceptional service, adding a personal touch to my stay. Tanisha at the front desk was quick and extremely helpful, making the check-in process seamless. The culinary experience exceeded expectations, with delicious food served. The breakfast area was not only pleasant but also efficiently managed by a staff that was quick to fulfill any requests. Overall, a delightful stay with a perfect blend of modernity, efficiency, and outstanding service.

If I had an option to rate them zero star for their cooperation, I would have. We stated at the hotel and the staff seems to be clueless. The security and door staff is more helpful and cooperating than the reception and other staff. Don’t leave anything behind by mistake as this the point when hotel staff will start telling you about the hotel policies and procedures and throwing book at you, in order to recover your items from the hotel. We left our baby susher behind for our little one and it order to obtain it back, staffs non-cooperation is at its finest !!

At hotel reception after done all room payment the receptionist ask for advance payment for food order in room. I don't know how much order of food done in the room in advance. On the other hand house keeping person misbehave and ask for single payment on cash basis on every single order done . I ask I will pay total food payment on check out time but they don't allow. Even they ask me for every time for cash payment in advance with roud behaviour. I felt very upset for their this concept of advance or cash payment in advance. After one month no feedback from hotel point of view It show how hotel management is serious about its customers 😔

I visited the restaurant for dinner and the food is really amazing. Their dinner buffet is really lavish and they provide you with everything that you ask for. These people go beyond your expectations when it comes to service. Mr. Mohit was taking care of our table and his way of conversation is really polite and respectful. I wish him all the best for his future goals.

Just stayed for a day in the hotel. The hotel room had used ear buds, water bottles. The phone does not work to connect to reception or house keeping. You literally have to go down to reception to inform what is wrong. What i loved though was the car provided to the airport (paid service) and loved the way our driver Mr. Prabhjot Singh interacted with us. This is the only reason i am writing this review. Also the front office staff and the restaurant were courteous and helpful.
