I've had the privilege of being under the care of a wonderful gynecologist, Dr Praveena Shenoi, at Rainbow Hospital. She is not only highly knowledgeable but also exceptionally kind and generous. The hospital itself is impressively well-maintained, offering a range of amenities that make the overall experience comfortable. I highly recommend both the gynecologist and Rainbow Hospital for their excellent service and care.

We had consultation with Doctor Praveena Shenoi. Consultation with her was worth it since Last three times and we are happy to go back. So it's 5-Stars But the worst part is the waiting period even after a scheduled appointment. This gets 0-Stars. For instance, 1st Visit appointment time 6p.m & we actually got to meet the doctor at 7:45p.m. 2nd visit my wife went alone and it was a 40 min wait. 3rd visit Appointment time 5:10p.m, it's 7:10 and there are still 11 people in the list before us. The standard reason with the receptionist is "there was an emergency & hence the delay" in all the above visits. Hope the hospital does look into this worrisome waiting period especially with children alongside and elders back home and any other further plans all go haywire. The hospital has good infrastructure and facilities otherwise. Good canteen and t-shops on each floor with limited options at reasonable prices

Doctors are good, but there is not enough staffs at billing desk. Infrastructure is good and lots of billing desks also available but for all that only 1 person available. Doctor visit hardly take 5-10min but billing and payment desk take more than 1 hour time. Visited this hospital multiple times and couldn’t find any improvement in billing desk issue, so decided to post this review. Also they are charging parking fees for the patient vehicle that visiting hospital, if they can’t provide parking facilities why are they doing this hospital business, that’s very basic requirement.

It’s a really good hospital for gumbo problem also. Their service is very good and the most efficient thing I experienced is their hearty behaviours. They are really empathetic towards their patients. Their policies are also good. Staffs are knowledgeable and empathetic. I have also visited another renowned chain in HAL - old airport road- even after having extremely experienced and good doctors, their staffs really lack in behavioural training on how to handle and behave with patients, also comes with patient harassing and money dragging policies. From that aspect I must say from every aspect rainbows marathalli branch deserve a 5 star.
