RAINFOREST ORCHARD resort made us feel like we were in heaven on earth . Breathtaking views of lush green mountains and ambience welcoming ,friendly everready staff at your call , very cozy ,comfortable and modern rooms with varied themes made our stay here extremely memorable and pleasant . Several adventurous activities during the day and beautiful entertainment in the evening glued us to enjoy this brilliantly set resort in the serene surroundngs of mother nature farm. We loved every moment from the point we entered its premises till we checked out . Overall an awesome, memorable resort worth visiting again . However the worst part of this experience was leaving this resort.

Visited this property with family yesterday.. location and view really nice. Family friendly.caretakers were good to us. Particularly Vishnu took us to stawberry farm, nearby waterfalls and view points. He showed good hospitality. Overall good for a nice 2 day experience with family

We had a wonderful experience here. This resort is perfect for weekend gateway with perfect ambience and cleanliness. The place is gifted with real natural beauty. Orange trees, strawberry bushes, peach trees, variety of roses, and many more. The staff Vishnu was delightful and eager to make us stay comfortable. Also helped us with the best places to visit in Kanthaloor.

Happy to share my comments for both Vishnu and Shyam they did a good job with less experience. I am not happy with the management. Because a General Manager Mini perera and Sharon intention is to get money from customers, not holding the customers. They are not giving any respect to customers and not listening to customer issues. They suppose to get train on how to handle customers and how to treat them with respect. Requesting management to provide a proper training for Mini and Sharon before handling the customer. This will help management to stop loosing the regular customer's. Worst trip I ever had in my life.
