Never travel with kids at this place Lunch dinner and breakfast are worst nothing for kids to eat, kitchen are tacky। There is no water if there is the water supply is minimal. The food is at its worst no flavour. The place is so above the area a person can hardly travel till there. No staff at all. Only 7 to 8 people who do the work. There was very less comfort for travelling also. Very much dust.

Overall the resort is good, but the in-house service is bad. We have to call them so many times for room cleaning. Once you are in the resort no one pays attention to your requirements. Food was good. Kids will enjoy it as they have paid activities. Far from the centre so don't forget to carry all your needful stuff

The worst hotel to be at. If you would like to waste your money then this is the place. Rooms are spoilt , washrooms broken , food has flies, the management is the worst they don't care. There was no water for 2 days and they didn't fix it. They take full payment and give zero service. Not safe , robberies happen here and the hotel doesn't even check the CCTV which implies alot of questions about their Honesty and accountability, can't trust the property with your stuff they just take it away. The helpers just walk in the room where people are sleeping , no respect for even female guests. They come down to physical fights when you question them. We had a conference and expensive items and other things were just "lost" by the hotel. Make sure you don't come here , if you'd like to die then sure go ahead. WORST RESORT.

U have to tool auto from railway station and then u can reach safely at this resort. The location is very huge and big many room option like deluxe, villa, luxury. So we book villa for the friends and family. The stay was very peaceful because the location has his own identification and his own usp. Staff at restaurant was very good the best part was unlimited buffet dinning. Pure veg resort must recommend

Extremely unprofessional staffs and saw height of mismanagement. Linens in room not upto the mark. Check in time was 12pm was they were not able to hand over the keys even at 3pm. People queued up till late evening for getting rooms.To our utter astonisment...Out of two rooms alloted one was occupied.....that was unbelievable. Last stretch of about 3km leading to the resort is very narrow and in a very bad state. Food mediocre....chicken served was all bone with no meat.plates and bowls were not properly cleaned. Toiletries not given. No tea/coffee maker in room.They will charge you full amount before check in. Only positive thing is good View.
