The owner and caretaker are very hospitable. However the hotel has a long way to go before even being called a hotel. Absolutely zero amenities - hot water only available from 7 am to 9 am, if you want hot water post that you need use a heating rode. Breakfast included but nothing available at the hotel, they will go get breakfast from a random mess outside. The crockery also given by the hotel was not clean. Over all there is a huge scope for improvement, wouldn't recommend staying here it's also very secluded from the kodaikanal centre

Good service by owners and the rooms are good with the great view point and campfire also available And the foods are good with reasonable price. Perfect place to stay.

Hot water comes at 7 am to 9 am only. Food won't come in time. No punctuality. But food is at home taste and superb.

Hotel is good, with 0 amenities. Literally they provide no amenities at all, not even towel. At this price point, the expectation is they should be providing the towel, water bottle, basic toiletries, etc. Kodaikanal has restricted the usage of 1 liter plastic water bottles, so not providing water bottle is fine, but surely they could install an RO filter atleast. There are no food options available in the hotel, not even nearby. Literally the hotel is like you bring whatever you need and checkin and checkout. Don't expect anything from the hotel management.

Courteous staff with zero service! Just showing courtosey will never help. Service is what matters. No breakfast ready, not even a tea. Everything is prepared once given the order. Tea/Coffee will at least take 50 mins to sip over your throat. There's no common morning breakfast, no lunch, no dinner. Everything's prepared after you give order. For me I have ordered over phone during my sight seeing at 4 PM hoping it would be ready by 8. Hiwever fortune did not favour me and I had my dinner at 10:30. Excellent-poor service! Rooms are however good. Can stay here however don't expect any service. Manager would still be courteous and would give hell lot of explanation.
