Spent the last 2 days at the hotel. The rooms were spic an span. Very comfortable.The staff were very attentive and hospitable. The breakfast spread was very good. It is mainly a veg restaurant with limited non veg menu but the Chef was excellent. The food was amazing. Congrats to the Management.

This is the third Fern Hotel we stayed in past 15 days. By far, this is the best experience with Fern hotel. The front desk location is kind of awkward and one has to think a little before you can find it behind the building. Once we get it behind, the front desk staff was really welcoming and eager to help us with our stay. This was way better than the previous Fern hotels we stayed at. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Unlike other Fern hotels we stayed at, house Keeping came within the first hours to make sure we have everything in our rooms or if we need anything more. Unlike restaurants at other Fern hotels where we had deplorable experiences, the restaurant at this location is outstanding! The food is superb, service is great and good ambiance.

On the Igatpuri-Nashik Highway lies Rakabi The Fern Hotel—a perfect year-end getaway. The ambiance is delightful, and some staff members go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Special mention to General Manager Mr. Roy, who extended exceptional hospitality, offering thoughtful gifts and refreshments during our interactions. Another standout is Manager Ms. Indrani, consistently seeking feedback and assistance. Overall, it was a fantastic holiday and New Year celebration with these dedicated individuals. The culinary experience was delightful too, with tasty and well-prepared food spread adding to the overall satisfaction of our visit. Highly recommend and definitely going back.

I recently stayed at "Rakabi the Fern" Hotel for three nights, and I had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, and I really enjoyed the different dishes they served. What made my stay even better were the friendly staff members, Anita, Somanth, Prasad, Fun activity Manager Indrani, reception Manager Soni. They were very helpful and made sure I was comfortable. The room I stayed in was nice, and the hotel had a pool and spa, which I liked a lot. "Rakabi the Fern" Hotel is a great place to visit. I'm looking forward to coming back in the future. Thanks for making my trip so enjoyable!
