Very bad experience in this hotel, I booked a room for 5 the October for Rs. 730. I reported at the hotel on 5 th oct at 9.30 am. Receptionist asked me to pay extra Rs. 330 for early chech-in. As per OYO at the time of booking , early check in after 10 am is complementary. Between 6 to 10 am charge is 0-30 % . I was checked in just half an hour before early check in time. I dont know how he charged Rs 330 extra. I aslo told him that I am going to check out today ie. 5 th oct itself by 6 pm as my flight is at 9 pm, even though my check out time is 11 am on 6 th oct. I told the receptionist that I will report it to OYO. He was very rude and adament and says " Go ahead, and do it now itself. Also advice me to go to another hotel, if needed. I am 62 years old with big luggage. I am OYO customer for the last 10 years and I never face this type of experience before. Its not the matter of money, but bad behaviour of receptionist and cheating. Irrelevant polocies of OYO and Hotel management. Rooms are very narrow and are dirty. Wash rooms are dirty and smells bad.

The place is okay to stay near the railway station. I have booked the hotel through the OYO rooms application and paid the total amount, Stil they charged the 250rs extra. Not with this hotel most of the Hotel charges the same in Jaipur
