Stayed for one night. Very neat and clean room even though room lock needs some repairs. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Food is very good. Restaurant is having nice valley view and service is very good. Location is very good but one requires good driving skills to drive through the steep access road.

Everything was fine until we noticed 1/4th of our whiskey bottle was emptied right after our room was cleaned and the hotel staff took no action against it and did not believe us. Wow, great action by a big brand like ramada or should we wait until something really valuable disappears one day?

This was my second stay in last 1 year in Ramada Kasauli and the reason I booked second stay was because I had great experience during my first visit however this time there was a big issue with centralised heating system of our room. I complained multiple times but still issue could not be resolved. Initially housekeeping staff tried to convince me that everything is fine but after my repeated complaints, they finally accepted that there is an issue and then they also offered us to change room but I checked and another room also had similar issue so finally they gave us a heater which was kind of helpful but nothing that can replace ur centralised heating. Though I don't want to make a big issue out of this but these kind of things spoil ur holiday experience when you are spending such an amount for booking a hotel in a branded property. Rest other things were good and staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel ambience is nice. Food taste is also good but I think breakfast was quite mild and I didn't find it according to our taste.
