Poor on service and lack basic sense of hospitality. The design and feel of the hotel is great along with the food taste. Hot water needs to be asked on reception even in the peak hour of morning Basic toiletries and towels, bottles water needs to be asked multiple times Would expect to improve on service and basic services to match the food and ambience quality

They call themselves Heritage property, but it's the worst I had ever stayed after paying for a luxury stay. Their rooms stink, not at all maintained. Poor room service. Surrounding is so unhygienic and dirty. Only one thing positive was, their breakfast was tasty inspite of having very less options.

It is not a luxury hotel, rooms are not well maintained plus their service and staffs are not good at all, 1.For 3 guest they give you only 1ltr bottle of water rest are chargeable, 2.They were providing extra bed which was so thin we told them it is winter and this bed is so thin so guy in the reception said "yhi h humare pas" but later on after hell lot of waiting they gave us another bed. 3. Also while the guy put the bedsheet he stepped on it, we told him to remove the shoes but he did not listen. Overall a pathetic experience.

You may have to struggle to reach there specially if you follow GMaps direction. Rooms are not well maintained, they are renovating but it may take sometime, food quality is okay. Bathrooms needs make over as well. Breakfast has limited items like 4-5 at max. The television set are that small that you may need spectacles or binoculars to watch it properly 😀, 14 Inch TVs they have 😁🤭🤕. Overall it is property is not worth more than 1500-1800 per night.
