Sorry to say but your hotel needs a revamp. The old decor is very depressing. Dining tables are from 70’s I guess. The tiles in the bedrooms walls are for floors and they look extremely ugly. The decor in the room looks like a movie set of 80’s films. The bathroom is dirty with toilet seats having stains, the transparent wash basin is off putting and it fills up. Your room service was sad. My friend accidentally broke a glass and informed the receptionist but even after 3 hours it wasn’t cleaned. I guess they were busy attending the wedding guest rather than the hotel guests. The breakfast buffet was rather ordinary. The view from the valley side and other amenities like gym etc is good. Otherwise it was a very disappointing stay. Considering there are new hotels coming up. You guys need to make a lot of changes and soon

Awesome 👍 I love it This is an amazing place with amazing view of the valley. Very good service also. One downside is the food is not great. It's good, but they can improve there. But overall It's an experience, I enjoyed a lot there. They have got a full scale gym, indoor games which I enjoyed playing. Easily the best place in Pachgani.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely like to visit again and recommend it to others. The valley view room was amazing with a scenic view. We experienced excellent room service and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The food was delicious and we loved the lavish breakfast spread.

Had a good rest and stay, lovely food. a LA carte menu also had good options. good room service and Wi-Fi was good enough. liked the loft style of the room. 2 levels in the room gave room and alternative to rest and use space individually. we were recommended by family to go there and we were glad we did. it is just at the beginning and lovely view of the mountain, morning breakfast outside with the view was beautiful, some good pictures captured of the sunset as well.
