We had orgainsed a corporate event here. It was great where they have many day activities. Ambience was good. I felt Banquet was small where we felt little congested. Food was good. Room they have like small small cottages which was looking good. If you are planning to go make sure to download offline map where u will not get network here.

Amazing place. A seamless drive from Bangalore thanks to the newly made highway. Food is decent in both the restaurants present in the property. The property itself is very scenic. There's buggy facility available . Slightly pricey but worth a day out. Adventure activities too are well maintained. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED AS A MODE OF TRANSACTION FOR ANYTHING. For the first time in my life, I heard that a business isn't taking tax. Generally PPL love taking cash to avoid tax. Huge amounts of respect to these guys. Staff too is very friendly. It's also very good for team outings, school trips, family get-together etc. A spacious banquet hall is there too for events, marriages, business meets etc. Overall, it was an amazing experience. It's a MUST visit resort.

Ravishing Retreat is an exceptional destination that offers a wide array of activities to enjoy. What makes it even more enticing is that guests staying at the resort receive complimentary coupons for many of these activities. However, it's worth noting that several of the more thrilling rides and activities do require paid coupons and are not covered by the complimentary ones. One of the standout features of this resort is the abundance of picturesque viewpoints and numerous photogenic spots scattered throughout the property. The resort is meticulously maintained and the staff is exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for visitors. Ravishing Retreat caters to a diverse audience, making it suitable for both a relaxed outing with friends or quality family time. While I found the buffet lunch to be somewhat lacking during my visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dinner and breakfast offerings. As for the rates for an overnight stay, it's true that they are on the higher side. However, the serenity that descends upon the place once the day-out crowd departs is worth the investment, providing a tranquil and crowd-free experience. In the spirit of enhancement, it would be advisable for the resort management to consider adding more activities and possibly including a couple of special activities within the complimentary coupons to further elevate the guest experience.

No shade to protect from sunlight while doing outdoor activities in the afternoon. A lot of time is spent on going up and down for different activities as the location is quite hilly. No proper advice from the staff on activities. Food was not great. Staff refused to provide tea for 6 people as we went for high tea a little late. However they were okay to serve tea which is chargeable.

We stayed here for a day. We booked for the heliconia room without food because we do intermittent fasting for 14 hrs. So, dinner and breakfast timings were not of use for use. Due to presence on a small mountain, it was really hot throughout the day even in December. We had to use AC in the night. Fan at full speed was not helpful. Their room service is really bad. We tried to order breakfast for my kid but nobody responded for 1.5 hrs in morning. Hence, we had to checkout very early around 9.30 am. Overall experience is below average.
