Room was clean and good. Staff services were exceptional. Price was little costly. The only negative point is mosquitoes. They didn’t took measures to control them and was not able to sleep properly even with 2 machines ON. The main reason for selecting this was , it has drivers room but it was also filled with tons of mosquitoes. They should fix this issue else no value for paying 2200+ and suffering for the whole night .

We stayed at Rayas Annexe on 24 & 25/1/24. The rooms were good. The most irritating part was when we were checking out. All of a sudden 6 staff members appeared and everyone was trying to help us. Never seen them during our stay. We loaded the luggage ourself in the car. Still everyone was staring at us. When enquired they needed tips. We paid them in spite of not helping us. Such a sorry state of affairs in the hotel. Imagine if we were foreign tourists, what impression it will create.

Located nearby to temples in the heart of Kumbakonam. Decent and average priced safe rooms to stay with family. Service by staff is extremely commendable. Well behaved as well. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in the centre of the city (Kumbakonam). So getting into the hotel is little tough as there is heavy traffic. They have a restaurant there, but we didn't taste their food. The morning tiffin was bought from outside but was very very tasty. We hardly stayed there for 24 hours and so there was nothing to complain about. The staff were very caring. They have car parking facility also.

I went with my family for 12 hrs stay.hotel is located in the middle of town, which is very easy to commute across the markets, hotels and other temples. The room is clean and well maintained, space inside the room is fit for my purpose, which I felt, it's sufficient for a couple, but I couldn't get a chance to explore other room types.
