Good property to stay at, location is quite away from main Mahabaleshwar Market, so there no other option of F&B other than their in house restaurant. Can work more upon the cleanliness of rooms. Overall a peaceful and serene atmosphere in the resort, best if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of city.

Location: 5/5 Rooms: 3/5 Service: 1/5 Overall: 2.7/5 Ours was a group of 2 families, total 6 people. The location is great, but the exclusive suites were lacking and the service was horrible. We had booked the hotel via MakeMyTrip 1 day prior, however, even after reaching 2 hrs post official check-in time, the rooms were not ready. The receptionist confirmed whether our stay was for 1 day and seems like they chose to give us 1 of the rooms with non functional geyser and hand shower on the basis of this. We had 3 people sharing 1 room, but 1 of the room was not having toiletries and extra towels for a 3rd person. Even a basic floor mat in the washroom to wipe your feet was missing. The only saving grace was that the other room didn't have these issues. We had to call up the reception multiple times to tell them the send the toiletries and extra towels, since we all had to bath and headout for sightseeing. Each time they said, they are sending someone in the next 5 minutes, but they sent them after 30 mins. There were no welcome drinks as mentioned, whereas another party that reached just 5 minutes before us were having theirs. Seems like they make this judgement based on the car we roll into their property. Then geyser in 1 of the room was non functional and took more than an hour and multiple calls to get it fixed. The hand shower diverter broke off when they tried to repair it. Thankfully, they provided a mug and a bucket like every other nook cranny hotel and we could have our bath. Even though it might seem like a minor issue, but it set a sour theme for the stay and wasted the rest of our day. All this in-spite of prior booking and confirming over call multiple times.. Thankfully, the dinner by the pool had a good singer. She was melodious and entertaining and definitely boosted our mood. We had a good time, eating, listening and dancing. The food was fine as well, and surprisingly the staff handling the poolside was helpful. Breakfast buffet spread was nice and they had a live counter as well. Will never suggest this place because we never know the kind of service we might receive

We should selected better place which inside Mahabaleshwar with much courteous staff who will take care of guests better. This property is outside Mahabaleshwar and totally depend on the property for everything. Though it has a great hill view. The front office staffs very rude and not all accommodating the guests. Heavy price paid but not upto to the mark. They arranged rooms after we went, that too late night. Waste of money not worth for the hype they create. Moreover don't pre pay. My worst hotel stay in entire life.

A couple's two-day stay in the "Exlovi" room according to the reservation and there is no connection between the room we received and what was ordered. There was no table or chair in the room, one toilet paper was provided, lack of additional towels. The level of cleanliness of a drinking glass strives for zero, lack of a glass for two brushes in the bathroom and also there is no wiper to wipe water in the shower itself without a door and all the water wets the entire shower, moldy smell in the room and bathroom. The last thing is a main door that closes with a huge lock and bolts from another era. Room service was relatively fast but you will not contact the service employee, I am still waiting for them to give me an answer to my other request from the room service. One last thing in the lobby at the entrance to the rooms, the sofas have been dirty for a long time. I'm sorry, disappointment
