We booked a triple room and received a double room with a suplementary bed! That is not a triple, it's just a scam! Fortunately, we had sea view. Otherwise I think we would have left. The location is good for Buggiba, right at the square, but in fact, Buggiba is not a beautiful location . The area is dirty and noisy, no beach. Just large stones. We paid 95 e/night and received an old room that needed fresh paint, new windows, new door, new matresses, new balcony chairs. Only bathroom was new... So for this ammount of money you can find better in Sliema or St Julians.

We had a very comfortable and nice week there. The staff was super friendly and helped us in every situation. We could check in lately at night and could take a shower after the check out before we went to the airport back home.

Great location! Very fair for what you pay here. Friendly day time staff for front desk and especially Maria from breakfast. This place was perfect for me, my partner and baby to stay in the and would recommend

The elevator can only fit 2 people and it’s very slow. The service at the front desk is not very good and I find the employees rude and lazy. The rooms take forever to get cleaned. They serve breakfast but it’s a small amount of cheap food and the ladies working there will kick you out if you stay for more than 30 minutes. The rooms get terrible Wi-Fi and the beds are uncomfortable. The showers only had cold water and the toilet broke twice in one day. It is in a good location though and is an affordable hotel.

Value for money (in the begining of June): pretty good! One minute walk from the sea side and restaurants, also if you want to visit Gozo and Comino the tours are very close (10 mins walk). The staff is very friendly; special thanks to Marie who made us feel like home and who was really nice to us every day, and also thanks to a gentleman from Macedonia (I honestly don’t know his name) who I had a really nice and friendly conversation with and learned a lot about Malta and the Maltese! Our room on the first floor had a lovely new, updated bathroom. An advice: bring ear plugs because it gets pretty loud in the evening if your room is on the street side of a hotel, the street is kinda crowded and there are bars with loud people. :D
