We stayed in a Hotel from 16-18 Jan, Overall OK experience. Good Points: 1. To begin with Booking was done hassle free through Whatsapp. 2. We got a early check in as we reached the hotel early. Without any hesitation they did provide an early check-in. 3. Grand Premium - Triple Occupancy room was big enough to accommodate 2 Adults 1 Child and it was comfortable. 4. Amenities like Mini Fridge, AC, TV, Shower (Hot water) etc. were in a good condition. 5. 2 Wheeler on rent were available right outside the hotel 6. Reception staff was good. Negative Points: 1. Overall property needs a refurbishment 2. There is a constant smell of probably Pest control comes in a room and even in common areas 3. Furniture in the room was old and was not in a good condition 4. Breakfast served was really sad and boring 5. Bread was stale 6. Swimming Pool was not properly cleaned 7. Room service for food was SPECIALLY BAD. Whatever we asked for was either not available or told us it will take minimum 35-40 mins to prepare even a bread toast, which was really surprising. Specially when it was mentioned under their all day dining menu 8. There was a big corporate group checked in due to which staff was not paying proper attention to other guests. And when we asked for some snacks in evening reason given was there a group staying in hotel and they have to prepare food for their buffet, which a ridiculous reason 9. We paid extra for late check out which is OK, but even after informing twice at reception about late check out we kept on receiving call in our room for check out and even housekeeping staff came to collect our bags for check out. So, overall not so satisfying experience. Wont be staying back in this hotel for sure.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and it was totally opposite from what we expected. On the very first night we ordered in room dining however the lady kept denying for their own food menu items saying it is not possible and asked us to wait for more than an hour for delivery at last we were left with very few dishes to order from since we're starving and had no option. Buffet food was very sad not cruet set on table no water dirty tables no flavour in food they serve cold breakfast very small spread to choose from. They don't have much choice very rigid staff. Front office is not at all helpful no guidance provided on asking no taxi services. On our checkout day we politely asked for few extra minutes to pack our stuff and the staff over the phone was very rude and denied saying it can't be done we stayed for week and this how they treat their guests. Very slow lift doesn't seems to be working properly. Only good thing about this hotel is efficient staff in housekeeping they know their job very well. Overall it was a pathetic experience. Not meant for youngsters

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is just near the Candolim beach and have some really excellent restaurants near by. The service is good and staff is supportive. They made our anniversary day special by arranging a really nice candle light dinner near to the pool. The ambience of the resort is superb and picturesque. They provide half litter of water bottle per person which is not sufficient. They should keep more water bottles.

My stay at De Alturas in Goa was a mixed experience. While the staff's service was satisfactory and the pool offered a pleasant escape, I couldn't overlook the drawbacks. The rooms showed signs of age and lacked the cleanliness expected in a quality hotel. The bathrooms were also not up to par, with hygiene concerns. Disappointingly, the towels provided were visibly dirty. The dining experience didn't meet expectations either, as the food fell short of the standards I anticipated. Despite some positive aspects, the overall stay was marred by cleanliness issues and subpar amenities.

I wanted to give 0 stars but not possible. My overall experience was disaster. I stayed there from 24 jan to 28 jan. I must give -1 for cleaning and hygiene. As soon as i entered in a room. There was very bad smell, very suffocating. Then furniture were very old and some of them broken as well. Walls were not nicely painted. AC was broken from outside. Washroom was also not in good condition. There was a big crack on a washbasin and even the shower door was not working well. After seeing all these things i complained after half n hour and they said adjust tonight. Tomorrow will show you another room. But of course no one came next day, not even any day. Breakfast was very poor. I think only watermelon is available in goa thats why they were giving only watermelon everyday in breakfast. Tables were very dirty. Then i spoke to the front office staff again about the problem and they did not say anything. Front office staff was disaster, don’t expect anything from them, they just want all money at the time of checking then they don't give a dam about the customers. Last not the least there was a cockroach also near by the lift. The only regret i have that i forgot to click the pictures to upload here. I will not recommend anyone this hotel.
