Very bad experience. Low maintenance, rooms are not cleaned. Also not suitable for family..lyk not at all. People are shouting in the middle of the night. Bathrooms are very smelly. Overall it’s a very bad experience for me. Room rent is very high according to the service.

The property is well planned with ample space with a mini park for kids.However,the cottages are awkwardly planned with space for 2 people at most and making locomotion difficult for a family of 3.The extra mattress which they give to you is very uncomfortable.When we visited ,the intercom was not working and we had to call a staff to attend to our needs.If you tip him generously,he will naturally help you out. To me the room was a bit overcharged given its size.The room had been inadequately cleaned with insect droppings visible on the sides of the bathroom window.A thick layer of dust was visible over the cabinet and the sides of the curtain.You have to ask for every service you needed from getting a mosquito repellant,toiletries to an extra towel for a reservation of three,given the fact that such amenities are to be provided depending on the number of guests arriving.Service is too slow in the dining hall and the staff over there will insist that we avail of the room service inspite of the fact that the dining hall is only a few minutes walk from all rooms.They charge 10 percent extra for having your food brought into the room.The buffet breakfast is also inadequate for the amount charged.They don't have a buffet if there are few guests.You are dependent on the waiter for the items available.The tables are dirty and the food is okay.Once you order it,it takes a lot of time to arrive.Staff are untrained. Approach is quite unprofessional for the amount charged.Do check your bill while checking out.Someone els's bill might be clamped with yours by mistake.Would not recommend unless absolutely necessary.

Love the location of the resort. So calm. Loved the services as well. Not gonna lie, the tea was not that nice 😅

Rooms are normal like any 2 star resort. One can enjoy Bar and Restaurant along with a swimming pool. For families having kids its quite an arranged place with a playground and garden. The restaurant price is a little overpriced I think, as because of the quality/taste and quantity you can have better restaurants even with cheaper prices. But again no one gives a damn if it's test average when you come to the resort for a hangout. Overall it's a good place for families, groups to stay or day out.
