The Hotel seemed to have great views. But there are different types of rooms. Most rooms face the Mount Kanchenjunga side. But from rooms below the road level, especially the lower most level (500s), the view is likely to be partially obstructed by trees. Cats may easily come to balcony as that is near a tin shade (Room 502). There are a few (probably two) rooms which face the other side (not Mount Kanchenjunga). Two rooms have Toilets with large glass (not frosted glass) windows facing the roadside / helipad (now the ropeway is under construction). Though curtains are there. We should have checked the rooms well in advance. Please check the timings and other details from the hotel, more so for too early/late check in/check out or if something wants to stay outside after 9pm. However the room was spacious and well decorated. Adequate furniture and charging points were there. Service was good. Next time, I would like to call them over phone to check the location of the room being booked.

We had a great experience with this hotel, room balcony view was excellent. The food provided by them was very delicious. All the hotel staff was very helpful and caring. Thank you for your service ❤️

Stayed for 3 nights with family. Awesome location with well maintained and clean rooms. Food quality and quantity are both adequate and Awesome. Staffs are well behaved and always ready to serve.

Absolutely terrible! Although the staff were very well behaved, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. All the other boarders staying at the time had faced the same behaviour as us. Extremely overpriced for the quality being provided- on the 2nd day, water supply went missing in some of the rooms. Something truly bizarre that happened to us there-we were discussing our trip plans with the driver but once the driver left, the manager chewed us out for speaking politely with the driver! My husband and I were stunned! He literally said "do you not have any status? Why are you speaking with a drunkard?". This entire time, we could sense that the manager himself was drunk. Additionally, the kitchen staff informed us that the exhaust was broken in the kitchen and inspite of repeated complains to the management, they were not fixing it. That made sitting at the restaurant impossible! Would not recommend, we decided to check out a day early because the stay was highly unpleasant and completely subpar.
