We visited with family and hired two AC rooms on dtd. 20/1/2023 to 21/1/2024 and was fully satisfied. Staff took special care for us as senior citizen. We were impressed with cleanliness, no break power supply, support from Manager and staff. Room service was excellent. Staff was polite, could understand us and supported us. Complimentary breakfast was fresh, hot, tasty and unlimited. Thanks to the owners and it's staff for caring us

Room was good. But the service was very bad. I had read about bad reviews but still I went. They had promised complimentary breakfast but after we went there they said we won't offer you. Secondly, after some arguments they became ready to offer complimentary breakfast. They did not gave any bill after checkout. Thirdly, they gave incomplete information about the car tie up for sightseeing and charged heavily. For this resort, customer just don't matter. I hope they improves. The good part was that the room was spacious and mattress was good.

Good decent hotel. Staff is courteous and helpful. We had some issue with the travel portal through whom we had booked this hotel. But the staff guided us properly and we didn't face any further issue. Location too is good. Though it is near the market area, the area is peaceful. We will definitely visit again.
