The management is so worse and rude they just threw some of our members in between our stay so as to accomodate some others who booked the same room via online mode and we were already living in this room since 2days then after such harassment it wasnt over the just forced us to shift our stuffs and leave the same particular room we were living and shift in one small room where our 3members were staying and thereby we lived there 6members together for 1night I would recommend others not to book online as they have such a rude n ruthless management

One of the Worst Hospitality. Room Service was Poor. Hot water not Available.Service was not as par as hotels Cost.I personally recommend do not Even think to stay in that hotel "Shiva River View" hotel. Hop less hotel Shem on you 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤢

Worst hotel. Staff are unprofessional. Rooms are pathetic .They keep your orginal id card and when you ask it back they behave rudely. One of thre staff was drunk and misbehaved while checkout. Not recommended at all.
