Facilities at Guest house is non existent. No room service. The housekeeping and staff treat you worse than in government hostel. The new guest house is far and there is no transport. The house keeping has to run errands if you have more than 1 piece dragging it on the poorly maintained road. He will tell straightaway that he cannot carry more than one , and you have to carry rest yourself. You have to go to reception everyday to ask for coupon for breakfast. He will refuse to give beforehand. You have to climb to reach the place. Only good thing is location. RNS residency is slightly better.

This is a guest house just next to Murudeshwar statue. We were cheated into it because when we called for booking we were told that the booking has been done for RNS Residency, the 4 star hotel on the opposite side. But the booking was actually goin done for the guest house. And instead of owning up to their mistake, the hotel guys made us go through the hassle of waiting for keys and then figuring out food and drink arrangements for next 2 days that we were here. Good part is their restaurant which is walkable to which we got breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was an average fair. Evening snacks were much better for children. Average rooms with basic amenities. Bathroom latches and windows were ok but there was creaking due to the sea breeze. Balconies were fairly large. We learnt that this was the first and older establishment of the RNS Group in here. The 4 star hotel coming up in recent years. Walkable to Murudeshwar statue, temple and beach. This being a guest house you won't be able to order food and beverages. They'll only provide water. But the view to the statue and the sea made it worth the stay.

I stayed with my spouse one night on 26th October 2024. Very neat, clean & spacious room. Complimentary breakfast is nice. We enjoyed the view of siva statue and gopuram from the room. 24 hrs. Hot water facilities available. The receiption executive Miss. Megha madam very kind, guest relation and cooperative person. The room boy Mr. Vasudevan is helping tendency person. Overall experience is good. Congratulations RNS. Keep it up
