Very good rooms. Reception people are very friendly especially Mr Venkatesh. Very humble and down to earth person. One call and he helps out of the way to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommended.

Rooms were clean and good. No food option at the hotel , but good option around . If non veg preferred u can try the Cafe Casa Arabia .

This is the worst hotel i have ever seen, if we booked online they are not ok for that and that venkatesh is demanding a huge amount, more over they are not giving good service for customer. If we show that confirmation thing for venkatesh then he will say that rooms are fully filled. If we believe them We should stand on the road. Yesterday also I asked for venkatesh is there room available or not, so his response was if u book online not available if u come directly it's there, then he will ask for huge amount. So guys please don't visit that hotel at all, nearby that location only u can find so many hotels which is far better than "fraud Blue meridian" really it was a worst experience, i guess that palce to be checked by police. Really that venkatesh spoiled my whole day waiting on the road. So guys please be aware of this fraud hotel.

Royal blue Meridien Inn, Bangalore, They didn't allow me to check In. Simply they said the room is not available for you. I made online booking and payment too. But I don't know how they said like that. I was standing in the middle of the road outside at 2 PM and calling MakeMyTrip customer service. It's a really terrible experience. Usually I prefer MakeMyTrip for my bookings but this time this hotel gave me very terrible experience. Not recommended to book this hotel online. They will give your reserved room to someone. No professionalism. This kind of hotels should not registered for online bookings.
