Good hotel to stay with pocket friendly rates. Hotel rooms are clean but a.c was not working. Food and staff are best... I recommend this for people who are Pure veg. And for Average cost

Hotel is decent liked the food, ambience but honestly they need to keep their rooms more clean. Also met Mr.Yogesh, what a great Calligraphy skills he has. Loved it 💫 must visit this place again

Great experience at royal hotel matheran.. budget friendly prices and very good food.. we got all meals included deal so didn't have to spend money on lunch/dinner in outside restaurants. Meals served by them were rich in quality and wholesome. Good and friendly staff. 100%recommended

The hotel location near the Matheran market was convenient, but the room arranged by the agent left much to be desired. The room, equipped with AC and a television, had its drawbacks. Upon arrival, the bedsheet was dirty, but the staff promptly replaced it upon our request. Unfortunately, despite reporting the non-functional television to the staff, the issue remained unresolved. Additionally, obtaining towels and soap required multiple reminders to the staff. The reception closed after 11:30 PM. The room had a closet for dressing purposes, and there was limited availability of hot water, accessible only from 7 AM to 10 AM. Outside of these hours, hot water was not provided. However, the hotel offered a pleasant ambiance, with swings suitable for both children and adults, a designated children's play area, and a pool operational from 10 AM to 6 PM. Regrettably, the pool couldn't be accessed on the day of checkout. Children thoroughly enjoyed the pool, garden, and play area. As for the food, it was satisfactory; inclusive breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided a variety of vegetarian options. However, there's a crucial need for the staff to ensure pre-arrival arrangements
