The hotel has a good location and helpful staff. However, the rooms can do with an upgrade. They are also a bit expensive compared to other places in Rajasthan but I think that's the case with all accommodation in Chittorgarh. You will have a good bed and working AC and a somewhat functional bathroom. All in all it will do for a few nights.

At prime location... Rooms are good as well as interior. TV is not working in room. Staff didn't provide the TV remote so that customer can use TV via connect with their mobile. Talking manner of representative to be more polite, specially when he talks with any customer.

Owner behaviour is pathetic. Abuse with customers and also threatening to customers to empty the rooms at late night. Not good for stay for anyone. Rats are roaming in the room. Also, Washrooms are in very bad condition. No sealed packed water bottles.
