Rooms are very small. Shower doesn’t work properly. AC is pathetic. There is only one wired remote for the entire floor. Overall a pathetic experience.

We had rooftop party at this hotel Service was pathetic. Rice were raw, noodles were stinky cold food was served Decided menu was not served and no Manager was there at time of serving @ satish Washrooms were dirty n wet at all time Extra money they charged without prior notice by @sunil kumar(G.M.) Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

I had booked 3 rooms 1 month previous to the booking date. On the day of booking as I reached the hotel the receptionist said that we can not provide the rooms as all the rooms have been booked and there is no empty room they said so because people has taken the room on higher rates than what I had booked for as I got discount. The receptionist misbehaved with me and as I requested to talk to the manager of the hotel he didn't show up as he had no answer for the query. The receptionist and staff also used foul language and it was all recorded in camera so when I requested the footage of camera they refused to show me so overall they will give the room you have booked to anyone who will pay more money than you have.
