I have checked in Room# 710 on 23/01/2023. The room is high facing. I have not got sleep whole night and developed a headache. Finally approached reception and intimated the problem. Initially the receptionist has not agreed the problem and rudely argued for not informing at the time of check in. On my force sent one staff to my room for verification. The logic given was, since the room is facing highway, it’s natural to have sound. Similar sounds are also there in other rooms like 810, 610. I have not found staff have any guilty feeling about the trouble to the guest. It is 5star hotel and charging accordingly. The service and care towards guest is zero. After arguments finally shifted me to another room and informed that all rooms are having sounds, I have to adjust with it because all rooms are sold out. It’s true that all rooms are having sounds. One can’t get peaceful sleep. Rooms are not sound proof. Very bad experience with rooms and staff. I don’t recommend other to opt for their stay in such a worst hotel. Rooms are not made sound proof,

Was extremely happy and pleased by the hospitality of the royal tulip staff... They arranged for all that was needed and sometimes even went out of their way incase we asked for any help.. The room was neat and spacious, toilets were clean and well kept.. Thank you for the experience 😊

Our stay at the Royal Tulip Hotel was great. Comfortable, clean, quiet and very safe. Great location, walkable distance to all the malls and shopping streets. Well informed staff, prompt service, room had a good view, rooms are well stocked with a beverage tray, quality bathroom supplies. The food both Indian and continental were par excellence. Kudos to the management and staff of Royal Tulip Hotel.
