We had a good stay at this hotel.. Location, food, and service are good. However, the hotel needs to work on AC in rooms. AC is installed. However, its capacity is not sufficient to make the entire room cool all the time. They also need to work on hot water for bathing. Overall, nice hotel to stay..

Ruffles is overrated because of karaoke. The restaurant food is poor and bad quality. We ordered deep fried shrimp and it was frozen inside. Crazy 🤪 . Other portions sizes such as tandoori items are small portions.

Please go by don't ratings for this hotel. don't book this hotel before 2 - 3 months of stay. I booked a room through makemytrip 3 months before for 4 k per night. But the same rooms are available for 2 k just before 2 days on stay on the same makemytrip. The room is very bad with old furniture smell. Bath rooms are just ok. Breakfast has only 2 options. The only good thing is the location of hotel

A well maintained resort very close to beach and the upmarket area. They have two swimming pools. Well trained staffs. Wish to thank Mr Barun who ensured a good breakfast for us. Also thanking Mr Prakash, a nice little gentleman who arranged our lunch at poolside. Finally Mr Prakash at the reception desk was quite courteous and well received us. Thank you Ruffles
