I must tell you ...a beautiful place to stay with family ...specially for kids....the staff ...the owner they are so helpful, polite....breakfast lunch dinner evening tea snacks...all in time ....foodis very yummy and delicious....all services in time ...very clean and hygienic...swimming pool..garden area all are good....must visit the palce

I stayed in this hotel from 26th December to 29th December with my family. My room number was 102. Room was very spacious. It had separate living room other than one big bedroom. The surroundings ,hotel area is calm & amenities such as garden, swimming pool ,carom etc. are perfect for family vacations. Things I Liked the Most are as follows: 1) Polite Staff & Prompt Service: - From booking till check out, all staff members we talked to, were very polite & provided information quickly. Their room service was great. All requirements that we asked during our stay was answered within a minute and fulfilled quickly. 2) Last Minute Travel Arrangement : - Our trip was decided last minute, and i was not getting any vehicle from Andheri to Alibaug. I told this to the hotel booking staff.They provided me a contact detail of local travel company from Alibaug named 'Aditya Travels'. Without wasting any further time, Mr. Kalpesh Nalavade from Aditya Travels took our booking .He himself came for pick up all the way from alibaug. So we got the vehicle right from my home &for sighting,and drop to home in Andheri again, it was there for all 4 days. Due to the vehicle availability throughout the trip, our trip became very smooth. All drivers which were provided for 4 days all had good local knowledge as well as very careful & helpful (as I had elderly parents with me.). 3)Food Quality: - Food quality of in house restaurant is very good and serves homely food. They also have good variety of food such as local alibaug style seafood, north indian, Chinease etc. Breakfast buffet is tasty, has few options. In total there were approximately 5-6 items were there. The tea that was served during buffet breakfast was 'exemplary'. All my family members had tea 2-3 times during breakfast time, it was really very nice. Things I think should be updated : 1) Dinner Buffet: - We took the package that had dinner buffet included. Though all food items were very tasty and of good quality,There was limited options in dinner buffet for non-vegetarians. There was only chicken and eggs dishes. However, Alibaug is famous for its seafood, and buffet must include this local coastal seafood cuisine of alibaug. 2) Water geyser: - Though water geyser was available, but water was not hot enough.
