Veryworst room look like big bed room waste of money totaly disapointed

I have booked 2 rooms for 2 family but when we reached there,they told there is no room available, I was totally shoked. Somehow they arranged a room but with no AC, when we told them to switch on the AC they told us it might have trip and so we spend a day without AC. Regarding behaviour and hospitality we can't even give them a star because horrible was our experience. Although we face problem because of the ROB work in progress, access to this property is very difficult. I suggest no one to book room here. No hospitality, no facility, no proper behaviour of staff or no at all hygienic. I give zero star.

We booked 2 delux rooms. For one 2500 They gave us a small double room and they said they provide this room during rush hours as delux.. For us it was worst experience. Bath Rooms were not clean bed linens were not new. We cannot cancel the rooms because it was busy time and all the other hotels were full

Omg... What a pathetic place.... Unhygienic absolutely, no room service, no restaurants, semen stained bedsheets, completely unorthodox treatment, and this is how they intend to treat customers who visit the lord krishnas abode, the famous Guruvayur temple. Mercy prevail on them for all the sinful Acts they have been doing. Having kids checked in who are barely in their teens, for simful purposes. God save them, I have never reviewed any places this negatively guys. The place does not even deserve to have a star. Such a disappointment. The bathrooms had clogged commodes, pipe leaks, absolutely contaminated. For your future reservations, please hold on to your money prior to making any bookings. It's my sincere request.
