In Kerala, each and every hotel gives hot drinking water. But in this hotel, after arguments (begged) they give 1 Lt water bottle for 1day stay while check out. We 7 family members booked rooms and stayed for 1day, we used our water can till vacate. If we need to drink water we have to go from 2nd floor to ground floor reception and there is one glass, we should drink glass of water from their plastic can water. They very strictly not allowing us to fill our water bottle(even small) .If you don't want to beg them, go with the water you needed for 1 day or go for better hotel with basic drinking water facility. Even they don't have private car parking facilities. Avoid using staircase, each last step is height, all will hit and struggle there.

Staff: 3 stars Room: 1 stars Overall: 1 star The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my stay was enjoyable. However, the room itself was not well-maintained. There were a few things that needed to be fixed, such as a broken light switch and a leaky faucet. Additionally, there was no hot water in the shower.

They will fix a rate by assessing the guest. Not expensive. Rate will be between 800- 1400 based on your bargaining capacity. If you say 800 they will give you room. If you say 1000 they will be ok for that. Rooms are below average or just ok. But near to temple in kizhakke nada

Very bad experience. We opted for an Ac room but the Ac wasn’t working, no hot water in the hot water tap and apart from that ‼️‼️‼️ do not use their stairs because while it’s raining it leaks and the stairs are not properly mopped and my brother slipped and fell which ruined our entire journey ‼️ When we raised complaint they were unable to provide any assistance.
