Extremely disappointing and frustrating. When we arrived, the management shifted us to a smaller inconvenient houseboat from Nohas Ark Group of Houseboats saying that they did not receive any vouchers from the website that we had booked from. We received no refunds and were told to leave the houseboat if we are not interested. Poor service, unsupportive staff and terrible experience.

The worst decision ever in my life was to visit safina houseboat and shikaara ride.... The Dal Lake water was too dirty that you can't put ur hand in it for once. And the house boat systems are very unsatisfied. The houseboats were not clean at all. The toilet seats,bath tubs...it seems like those were not washed since ages... Very much unsatisfied.we didn't had our breakfast and dinner also...and also one more important thing that you will feel very much cold inside the boat house. There is no room heater also. My Family members suffered with severe fever on one day stay. So be careful guys. I will never recommend any of you to visit there at once. Giving one star but the boat house doesn't deserve a single star also.

SUPER RUDE STAFF & OWNER , WE ARRIVE AT 8pm & the DINNER ONLY FOR WHO ARRIVES EARLY & PLEASE YAA IF YOU WANT TO OPEN THE AIR HEATER NEed to PAY MORE. HOUSEKEEING IS VERY BAD. THE OWNER SHOUTED AT MY SISTER FOR REQUESTING CHICKEN FOOD BECOZ THEY ONLY SERVE VEGE. SERIUSS DONT GO HERE . THE WATER , MOUSQITU WASSS VERYYY BAD !
