Rooms are good, but no toilet paper despite asking more than once. Restaurant women restrooms have 0- minimal light. Food is great. Every time. Service has mostly been good except for the restroom thing. Place is hands down great with a peaceful ambience. Their own vegetable and fruit garden is the heart stealer!!

Great place to stay, Location is good and beaches are clean in this side of the city. It is the most affordable beach resort with such 5 star facilities. Food is tasty and very economical at the restaurant near to the entrance.

Awesome location. Average rooms. Below average service. Cold shouldered staff as if tbey dont care !!! Primarily because they are all/mostly untrained picked up randomly !!! Horrendous. They have the attitude - Eat it or leave it, i care 02 hoots !!!

Staff is well behaved, rooms are spacious, property is well-maintained, food is also above average and beach is quite close by. But, the problem is with their policies. There is no 24/7 restaurant, which is expected at the price we pay for the rooms. We had stayed there for 2 nights. On one night, the food that we had ordered was a bit spicy for my son, so we called after their dinner time for some daal, but none cooperated.

After seven years of being a loyal customer, I feel compelled to express my disappointment with the restaurant. Unfortunately, there has been a significant decline in the quality of the food, and the service has become quite poor. Regrettably, our requests are often disregarded, making the overall experience unsatisfactory. I have decided not to revisit the restaurant and cannot recommend it to others.
